Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription anytime through:
- Platform settings (Account → Subscription → Cancel)
- Google Play Store or Apple App Store subscription management
- Email support@bytepulse.club with subject "Subscription Cancellation"
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds for unused portions of a period unless stated below.
2. Refund Eligibility

| Free trial auto-conversion (forgot to cancel) | Eligible within 7 days of conversion | Email support@bytepulse.club |
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Dispute Escalation
If dissatisfied with a refund decision, escalate to admin@bytepulse.club with subject "Refund Dispute". Senior review within 15 business days.
