This policy is published by Bytebucksa Technologies & Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN: U73100DL2024PTC436062, having its registered office at A-19, GF, Okhla Phase 2 FIEE Complex Kartar Tower, Okhla Industrial Estate, South Delhi, Delhi, India, 110020 (the "Company"). The Company operates the BytePulse platform at https://bytepulse.club and through associated mobile applications (the "Platform").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BytePulse Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; material changes will be notified via in-app notification or email at least fourteen (14) days prior to their effective date.

2. Definitions

  • Platform — BytePulse web application + mobile apps + APIs.
  • Content — AI-generated summaries, contextual analyses, Beyond Bias outputs, quizzes, multimedia.
  • User Content — reactions, poll votes, "Your Take" opinions, discussion posts, feedback.
  • Third-Party Content — articles, videos, reports referenced from publishers and creators.
  • Beyond Bias Engine — our proprietary AI framework applying five lenses to news stories.
  • XP — Experience Points, an in-platform engagement metric with no monetary value.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13–18 require parental consent.
  • The Platform is primarily designed for users in India.
  • You may not create an account if you have been previously banned, are impersonating another person, or are a competitor performing reverse engineering or competitive intelligence.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bytepulse.club of unauthorised access. One natural person may maintain only one account.

5. Nature and Scope of Platform Content

5.1 AI-Generated Content

BytePulse uses LLMs and proprietary AI to generate original summaries, contextual explainers, Beyond Bias analyses, and conversational responses. These outputs are original, transformative works — not reproductions of source articles. AI content may contain errors; always verify critical information via the linked original source.

5.2 Third-Party Content

We aggregate via publicly available RSS, YouTube feeds, content partnerships, and wire services. All original reporting remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers. Every story includes attribution and a direct link.

5.3 Educational Purpose

All Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The Platform is not a registered news agency. Nothing here constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

6. Gamification System

XP, badges, levels, streaks, and leaderboards are engagement metrics with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services. The Company may modify, reset, or revoke XP at any time in cases of detected abuse, system errors, or exploits. Manipulation via bots, scripts, or multi-accounting is a material breach and grounds for permanent ban.

7. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment is processed by Google Play, Apple App Store, and Razorpay — we do not store raw payment credentials. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) post defamatory, obscene, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory content; (c) infringe IP or privacy rights; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) manipulate gamification systems via bots/scripts; (f) reverse engineer or scrape the Platform; (g) upload malware; (h) use Deep Dive AI for illegal or harmful generation; (i) disrupt Platform integrity; (j) conduct commercial activities without consent; (k) circumvent security or access controls.

9. Intellectual Property

The BytePulse name, logo, brand identity, UI, AI-generated outputs, and Beyond Bias Engine are the exclusive IP of the Company. No license is granted except the limited right to access and use the Platform under these Terms. Third-party content remains the IP of the respective rights holders. By submitting User Content you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual licence to use it within the Platform and for analytical/promotional purposes.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The Company expressly disclaims responsibility for the accuracy of AI-generated content, Third-Party Content, and any decisions made by users based on Platform Content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (A) the amount paid by you in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (B) ₹1,000.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your User Content, your violation of applicable law or third-party rights, or your misuse of the Platform.

13. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or at its sole discretion. You may delete your account anytime via settings or by contacting support@bytepulse.club. Upon termination, accrued XP, badges, and levels are forfeited.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved via negotiation (30 days), then mediation, and finally the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. Class action waiver applies.
